Prior to shipping we inspect every single glove that leaves our headquarters. From time to time there will be a few that slip through the cracks that don't meet our standard and our 100 day 100% guarantee is that we will replace or refund your monies back should it meet the following criteria:

• Guarantee covers manufacturer defects only
• Rips and tears as a result of crashing not covered
• Normal wear and tear not covered
• Our guarantee starts from 100 days of original purchase date
